Request details carry some of the crucial information of a Salary Revision Request like Salary Revision Type, Urgency Level and Effective Date. Justification can be mandatory for certain request types if it mentioned so when defining the Revision Type. The salary revision will take place for the selected employee on the Effective Date.
If the manager would like to suggest a different position, job or job grade to the employee as a result of the salary revision that can be mentioned through the request. The fields Suggested Position, Suggested Job and Suggested New Job can be used for this purpose, but it would only carry some information and specific changes may not occur to the existing fields in the Employee File.
Any changes done to the existing field values in the different approving stages like Submitted, Approval in Progress and Approved can be entered through the Remark field. The salary revision request fields can be edited only when it is in the Preliminary, Submitted, Approval in Progress and Approved statuses.
