Define Salary Revision Urgency Levels

Explanation

Salary Revision Urgency levels are used when creating a salary revision request. An urgency level will have a Level name, a description, Rank, and a color. When a manager makes a request, the manager will select the urgency level of the revision request. This can be of different priorities.  (Example a request made for a promotion maybe at a standard urgency however if the request is made to stop an employee from moving out, then the urgency can be pretty high.)  

The color codes assigned to the urgency will make it easy for the HCM Professional processing this information. (Example: Urgencies with the highest importance are marked with the color Red or Maroon, which will be highlighted in those colors when viewing through the salary revision request overview page.)
