This activity is used to assign companies to an Exclude List Criteria Template. In the Company tab the companies the user has access to are listed for selection. Only one company can be default across all templates. A warning message will be prompted if a company which is already set as default in one template should be made default in another template. But this change can be done after clearing the warning message. Several companies can be made default in one template. Default implies that the (company default) Exclude List will be shown by default in the Salary Review Plan and Group Salary Planning Exclude list drop down lists against the company.
'Add all Companies' option can be used to add all companies the user has access to the current Exclude List.
