This activity is used to assign Employee Performance for the required companies as a criteria to exclude employees. 'Performance' tab is enabled if the Performance option is enabled through the Exclude Criteria tab.Once the Company is selected the Performance Indexes defined for the company are listed for selection. Only the performance indexes of the companies assigned to the current Exclude List Criteria template can be selected for usage. The performance index of an employee's most recently completed Performance Evaluation is considered.
In Performance for Period (Unit) selection there are 4 options: Year, Month, Week and Day. Criteria generation date is always the Snapshot Date entered in the Salary Review Plan and Group Salary Planning pages. The Snapshot Date is used to generate the preview in the Exclude List Criteria as well.
Eg: For Performance assume the index 'Poor' is selected and 1 Year is selected as the Period (No and Unit). Therefore 1 year before the period from snapshot date will be considered. Employees who have recorded an index as 'Poor' for the most recent performance evaluation which has ended within 1 year are considered as excluded. The performance period end date is regarded.
