Send Case Resolution to Caller
Explanation
This activity is used to send a resolution to the caller via e-mail.
Prerequisites
- The case to which you are assigned as an owner must have been retrieved
to the page.
- In order to send the e-mail via Case itself so that the
Contact Notes and Case Journal to
automatically updated, Property Value should be
NO for Property Name USE_MAPI_FOR_EMAILS in
Object Properties.
System Effects
As a result of this activity, the resolution will be sent to the caller.
